Human Resources Officer Qualifications and Experience Candidates should possess:   Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field with at least five (5) years experience in a similar capacity. Skills in marketing, public relations, quality customer service, etc would be an asset Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office in a networked environment. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
